OpinionAIted is owned and operated by Xelleron Pty Ltd ("OpinionAIted", "we", "us", "our") until such time as the OpinionAIted business is transferred to a separate company, as described under "Assignment and change of ownership" below. By accessing and using the OpinionAIted website, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Consent to appear and be recorded

By accepting these Terms and taking part in an interview, a guest consents to being recorded on video and audio, and to their name, voice, image, likeness, and statements being published as part of the interview on this site and on YouTube (or any other means OpinionAIted uses to host or serve video, as described under "Embedded videos" below), and reproduced, distributed, and otherwise used as described under "Ownership of interview content" and "Commercial licensing" below. This is what allows OpinionAIted, and anyone OpinionAIted licenses an interview to, to publish the guest's appearance, voice, and statements without needing further permission from the guest for each individual use.

Ownership of interview content

OpinionAIted owns all rights in the interviews published on this site, including each video recording, transcript, summary, key-insights list, and any clip, excerpt, or other material derived from them ("Interview Content"). Appearing in an interview does not transfer any ownership of the Interview Content to the guest; instead, the guest receives the license described below.

License granted to guests

Each guest is granted a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and share their own interview — the video, the transcript, and any quotes or clips taken from it — for their own purposes, including on their own website, social media, marketing materials, and professional profiles. This license is personal to the guest; it does not extend to the public at large or to any other company. Where reasonably practical, we ask (though do not require) that a guest reusing their interview credit OpinionAIted and link back to the interview's page on this site.

All other use of content

Other than the license granted to guests above, no part of the Interview Content may be copied, republished, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without OpinionAIted's prior written permission. This includes republishing full or substantial portions of a transcript. Short quotations for commentary, criticism, or news reporting, with clear attribution and a link back to the original interview, are permitted.

Commercial licensing

OpinionAIted may license or sell Interview Content, in whole or in part, to third-party companies on whatever terms it chooses, at its sole discretion. This does not affect the license already granted to the guest under "License granted to guests" above.

Removal and takedown

OpinionAIted may remove any interview from this site and from YouTube at its sole discretion, at any time, for any reason. This right also extends to the site as a whole: OpinionAIted may take the entire site offline at its sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice to guests or interviewees.

A guest who wants their own interview taken down may request this by emailing support@xelleron.com. OpinionAIted may change this contact address or the removal-request process at any time without individually notifying past or prospective guests; the version of these Terms in effect at the time of a request governs, and it is the guest's responsibility to check the current Terms for the current process rather than rely on an address seen previously or reproduced elsewhere.

Removal reaches only this site and YouTube. It is not retrospective: if the interview, or a clip, quote, or transcript excerpt from it, was already shared, embedded, quoted, downloaded, cached, indexed, or redistributed elsewhere — by the guest under the license above, by a company under a commercial license, by a search engine, or by anyone else — before the removal request, that existing use is not affected and OpinionAIted will not take any action to unwind it.

Embedded videos

Videos are currently embedded from YouTube and remain subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. OpinionAIted does not host video files directly at this time.

OpinionAIted may, at its sole discretion and at any time, stop embedding videos from YouTube and instead host, serve, or embed videos by another means, including from its own infrastructure. No guest or visitor should rely on videos continuing to be hosted on or served from YouTube specifically.

Accuracy and opinions

Interviews reflect the personal views of the guests at the time of recording and do not constitute professional, legal, or investment advice. While we strive for accurate transcription, minor errors may occur; the video recording is the authoritative record.

Links to guests' official websites and other third-party resources are provided for convenience. OpinionAIted is not responsible for the content or availability of external sites.

Assignment and change of ownership

OpinionAIted may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms, and under any guest release or license referred to above, to a successor, affiliate, or purchaser of the OpinionAIted business — including if OpinionAIted is spun out of Xelleron Pty Ltd into a separate company — without requiring the individual consent of, or providing individual notice to, any guest. These Terms continue to bind, and to protect, whichever entity owns the OpinionAIted business at the relevant time.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpinionAIted shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time, including the removal-request process and contact address described above. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the guest's or visitor's responsibility to check this page for the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
